Les versements réalisés au profit d'organismes ayant pour objet de venir en aide aux personnes en difficulté ouvrent droit à une réduction d'impôt de 75 % des sommes versées retenues dans la limite de 537 € (réduction maximale de 403 €) et 66 % au-delà de 537 € (dans la limite de 20 % de revenu imposable) pour les dons versés à compter de 2018.

L’article 163 de la loi n° 2019-1479 du 28 décembre 2019 de finances pour 2020 a étendu cette réduction de 75 % aux « versements effectués entre le 1er janvier 2020 et le 31 décembre 2021 au profit d'organismes sans but lucratif qui exercent des actions concrètes en faveur des victimes de violence domestique (...) » (article 200 1ter du Code général des impôts modifié).
